We are excited to bring back our Winter Conditioning program for our girls. This is a free program exclusively for WBLL players. A few key points for this winter's upcoming conditioning program are listed below:
Location: Dominion Hitters Indoor Facility located at 3501 Race Street Portsmouth, VA 23707
When: Every Saturday in January and February (Starting January 6th)
Times:
3:00-4:30 for T-Ball and Minor (coach pitch and player pitch) divisions
4:30-6:00 for Major and Senior divisions
Please only wear TENNIS SHOES; NO CLEATS while we work indoors.
Please complete the WBLL Winter Conditioning Form if you wish to participate. I strongly encourage ALL of our girls across every division to join us and hone in on their skills. The best time to work on your skills and abilities is in the off-season!
