Welcome to our Registration Information Page. There is a lot of information located here to help answer your questions about registration and making it easer when you come sign up.

What do I need to bring with me to registrations?

1. Filled out Application Form

2. Filled out Medical Release Form

3. 3 Proof of Residency. Copies to keep on file for the current season. (note: if you have more than one daughter playing with us we will need copies for each player. They can be identical copies.)

4. Original and Copy of Birth Certificate

5. Cash or Personal Check
